Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Finqora ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms") and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and Flamingo Infotech ("Finqora", "we", "us", "our"), a company registered in India.

Eligibility

To use Finqora, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Be a resident of India or otherwise permitted under applicable law to access financial information services
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract
• Not be barred from using financial services under any applicable law or regulatory order

By registering, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the above criteria.

Description of service

Finqora is an AI-powered financial information and portfolio explainer platform. The Platform provides:

• Aggregated financial news feeds across global and sector-level categories
• AI-generated portfolio allocation rationale based on user-inputted risk preferences and investment horizons
• Portfolio tracking dashboards for user-entered holdings
• News-triggered alerts on tracked assets
• Redirects to third-party investment execution platforms (Groww, Zerodha, Kuvera)

Finqora is an information and explainer service only. We do not execute trades, hold funds, manage portfolios, or provide regulated financial services of any kind.

Not investment advice — SEBI disclaimer

Finqora is not a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser (IA) or Research Analyst (RA). Nothing on this Platform — including AI-generated portfolio rationale, news summaries, allocation suggestions, or any other content — constitutes investment advice, a solicitation to buy or sell securities, or a guarantee of returns. All content is for educational and informational purposes only.

Investment in securities markets is subject to market risks. Past performance is not indicative of future results. You are solely responsible for your investment decisions. Finqora expressly disclaims any liability for financial loss arising from reliance on content provided by the Platform.

If you require personalised investment advice, please consult a SEBI-registered Investment Adviser. A list of registered advisers is available at sebi.gov.in.

User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Update your information promptly if it changes
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account at support@finqora.ai
• Accept responsibility for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false information, engage in prohibited conduct, or remain inactive for more than 12 consecutive months.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Platform to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Platform without written permission
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the Platform
• Use automated tools to access the Platform in a manner that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity
• Transmit malicious code, viruses, or any material that is harmful or disruptive
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable Indian law, including SEBI regulations, FEMA, or the IT Act, 2000
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense access to the Platform or its content

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against violations, including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

AI-generated content

AI-generated portfolio rationale and news analysis on Finqora is produced by large language models and may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or contextually inappropriate. It does not account for your complete financial situation, tax circumstances, or obligations.

You acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs are generated dynamically and may vary between sessions
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, timeliness, or completeness of AI-generated content
• AI-generated content is not a substitute for professional financial, legal, or tax advice
• You use AI-generated content entirely at your own risk
• Finqora bears no liability for decisions made in reliance on AI-generated outputs

Third-party platforms & affiliate links

The Platform contains links and redirects to third-party investment platforms including Groww, Zerodha, and Kuvera. When you follow these links:

• You leave Finqora and are subject to the terms, privacy policy, and regulatory disclosures of the third-party platform
• Finqora has no control over and accepts no responsibility for the content, availability, or practices of third-party platforms
• Finqora may receive a referral fee if you open an account or complete a transaction via an affiliate link. This does not affect the price you pay or the products available to you.
• Affiliate relationships do not constitute an endorsement of any specific platform or financial product

We also use third-party APIs to source news and market data. We do not guarantee the accuracy of data sourced from these providers.

Intellectual property

All content, design, software, trademarks, and brand elements on Finqora are the property of Flamingo Infotech or our licensors and are protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute Platform content without written permission
• Use Finqora's name, logo, or branding without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on the Platform

News content sourced via third-party APIs remains the intellectual property of the respective publishers. Finqora displays summaries and metadata only and does not claim ownership of third-party content.

Disclaimers & limitation of liability

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable Indian law, Finqora shall not be liable for:

• Any financial loss, loss of profits, or investment losses arising from use of the Platform
• Inaccurate, delayed, or unavailable market data or news content
• Service interruptions, data loss, or security incidents outside our reasonable control
• Actions taken by third-party platforms after referral from Finqora
• Any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages

Where liability cannot be excluded under law, our total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim, or ₹500, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Finqora, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

• Your use of or access to the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any applicable law or regulation
• Any investment decision you make based on content from the Platform

Termination

You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@finqora.ai. Upon closure, your data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform immediately and without prior notice if:

• You breach any provision of these Terms
• We are required to do so by law or by a regulatory authority
• We discontinue the Platform or a material part of it

Sections 4, 7, 9, 10, 11, and 13 of these Terms survive termination.

Governing law & dispute resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days of written notice, it shall be submitted to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in India. The language of arbitration shall be English.

For consumer disputes, nothing in this clause limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Changes to these terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If changes are material, we will notify you by email or in-app notice at least 7 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may close your account.

The version history of these Terms is available on request.
